Akron Citizens Can Give Input on Whether to Increase City’s Contribution Limits

Ohio.com: “Akron City Council will have public hearings on the proposed $100 increase during the Rules Committee meeting at 3:30 p.m. Monday and the regular meeting that day at 7 p.m.

“Under legislation introduced Monday, the campaign finance limits for mayor and at-large council members would increase to $750 and for ward members would rise to $500.”
